Tracklements

The Tracklement Company derives its name from the word ?Tracklement? which is believed to have originated in Lincolnshire and used to describe accompaniments to the main part of a meal. Their products have won many awards over the years and today their range includes mustards, relishes, chutneys, sauces, jellies, ketchups, pickles and vinaigrettes.

All of the Tracklement mustards have a common factor?they are hand made in small batches without artificial colorings or preservatives.

This robust,aromatic wholegrain mustard is made with a preponderance of brown over yellow mustard seeds, which are simultaneously ground with spices and mixed immediately with natural vinegars to lock in the essential oils. A good general purpose mustard, it is an excellent addition to soups and stews and no cheese sauce is complete without it. Try adding a spoonful to mashed potatoes!

Each jar of Tracklements (Black) Wholegrain Mustard contains 7oz. (200g).
