Olitos is a company dedicated passionately to the innovation of the olive. The obsession started in 1999 with a weekend break in Barcelona ? a few cervezas and a tapa of olives later and the seed was planted.

Their devotion has taken them around the world to sample the best olives from the province of Andalucia, their home in Spain, to the Napa Valley, North America. With their inspiration coming from as many cultures as there are olive varieties, this is just the start of the journey for Olitos? .

Sweet Olive Jam is the signature product for Olitos?a Mediterranean recipe with an added twist. It is made in small batches using only natural ingredients grown locally in the rural Terra Alta area of Cataluyna.

Enjoy in both savory and sweet dishes, including bruschetta and cheese, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and even apple pie. Most of all, it superbly complements goat?s chees and foie gras.
