Rosemary Skewers are easy to use. Presoak skewers for 5-10 minutes in a nonflammable liquid such as wine, water or an oil-free marinade. Pierce foods with a knife then thread gently on the rosemary skewers. Quell flare-ups with a spray of water while grilling.
